What is up with Poker World?

I remember being a part of Poker World (pokerworld.com) about a year ago and they barely would have one full 2-4 or 3-6 game going. A full 5-10 once in a while. I went back to it this week and can see the games are even less full than before - hardly any players playing for real funds. Still some neat low stakes tournaments but I don't get what is up with this site.

Poker World seemed to have a lot of potential, especially with it being backed by Olympic. Does anyone have thoughts on this? Is it just a marketing/recruiting of players issue or did they miss the boat somehow in being up against so many other poker sites that grew like crazy?
